The RNN Group is seeking an exceptional leader to take the helm as Director of Campus for Rotherham College.
About The Role
This pivotal role demands a leader with a relentless focus on providing excellent education and training. You'll have overall leadership and management responsibility for our vibrant Rotherham campus, overseeing its day-to-day operations and strategic direction.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading and managing the Rotherham campus on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless operations.
2. Driving curriculum planning, delivery strategy, and performance improvement across all provision types, including Higher Education, apprenticeships, and support for vulnerable learners.
3. Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the campus responds effectively to local and regional skills needs through innovative curriculum plans.
4. Contributing to group-wide strategic planning, addressing challenges, setting future priorities, and achieving funding targets and market share growth.
5. Ensuring staff are skilled and motivated to deliver innovative education that meets student and employer needs.
6. Overseeing campus teams, collaborating with managers to ensure high-quality education and support services.
7. Building strong relationships with community stakeholders, local authorities, and employers within the region.
8. Participating as a key member of the leadership team to uphold and promote the Group's mission, vision, and values.
Candidate Profile
* Successful curriculum and quality leadership experience in Further Education.
* Motivational leadership skills to drive high performance.
* Understanding of external influences on the FE sector and adaptability to change.
* Experience in managing successful curriculum provision and continuous improvement.
* Ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications required include a Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Maths, a relevant degree or vocational qualification, a teaching qualification, and engagement in CPD activities.
Reporting and Team Structure
You will report directly to the Vice Principal - Curriculum, as part of the Senior Leadership Team, managing four Curriculum Managers and collaborating with other senior leaders across the Group.
