Were looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead change across our Tech Change Delivery portfolio. Youll work closely with teams across the business to deliver impactful software application projects that meet Yorkshire Waters strategic goals. With a strong background in project and financial management, youll bring experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle and juggling multiple projects at once. Your focus will be on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope while effectively managing risks and ensuring quality outcomes. Where you fit in: As our IT Project Manager you will: Lead the day-to-day delivery and coordination of assigned projects, including development of Project Definition Documents (PDDs) with business owner support. Scope and create detailed Project Management Plans (PMPs). Manage and guide all project resources, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance. Provide regular updates and feedback to project boards on progress and performance. Accurately forecast and report on project status, maintaining up-to-date documentation. Ensure strong financial management and commercial awareness underpin all decisions. Coordinate activities across multiple contributors and workstreams. Support Business Owners and Change Managers in identifying and embedding BAU activities and benefits. Track, report, and manage benefit realisation up to handover to BAU. Set up and manage effective project governance, including project boards and sponsor engagement. What skills & qualifications you will need: Proven experience in project implementation and driving cultural change. Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. Experience managing resources in a project environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver change across multiple projects simultaneously. Project management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
