Must have's

Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and managing enquiries in person, by phone and via email
* Supporting customers throughout their journey from initial enquiry to move-in
* Managing bookings and promoting relevant products and services
* Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
* Supporting daily site operations to ensure a welcoming environment
* Conducting site checks and reporting maintenance or security issues
* Collaborating with a friendly and supportive team
