The Benefits Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* £28,000 base salary with £55,000 OTE in year one

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Proactively reaching out to clients and candidates via cold calling
* Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
* Advising candidates through each stage, including interview prep and offers
* Negotiating salaries and closing deals
* Meeting clients to understand hiring needs and company culture
* Conducting market research to stay ahead in your niche
The Ideal Candidate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
