We’re now looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dedicated team - someone who’s eager to cook at a high level, keep learning and grow their career in one of the most respected kitchens in the country. We’ll give you all the training and mentoring you need to develop and grow with us. Skills can be taught – what's most important is curiosity, passion and a can-do attitude. You’ll will be working with amazing produce, learning new skills, working with our talented team of chefs, having fun and delivering incredible seafood with Italian influences throughout.

At The Seahorse, our food starts with incredible ingredients — and nothing is more central than our seafood. Fresh fish is delivered twice a day from Brixham market, just a few miles from the restaurant. This means our menu changes daily, according to availability, but always guarantees fresh, locally landed fish.
Cooking with respect and simplicity over a charcoal fire is our signature style — a method that brings out the true character of every ingredient, especially our seafood.

You will:

This is a salaried role with a basic salary of £31,500 and attracts very generous tips and gratuities of up to £6,000 per year and if you work over your contracted hours, you will be paid overtime.
