Overview
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced NEBOSH health and safety professional to join our team as a Risk Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering a comprehensive range of health and safety and risk management consultancy services to our valued clients.
As a Risk Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Providing expert guidance and advice to clients
* Conducting thorough risk assessments
* Formulating efficient risk management strategies
* Developing and delivering training events on health and safety and risk management practices
Key Responsibilities
* Provide health and safety/risk management consultancy services to clients
* Act as the primary consultant for a designated portfolio of clients
* Promote and deliver Risk Consulting services to existing clients
* Conduct detailed risk assessments and produce written reports with recommendations
* Develop and deliver training events on health and safety/risk management practices
* Analyze claims data and generate analytical reports for clients
* Assist in crafting guidance materials for clients
* Maintain client management and reporting systems
* Support the health and safety of company employees
Qualifications and Skills
* NEBOSH / IOSH Qualification (or equivalent)
* Detailed knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
* Familiarity with legal liability principles and insurance principles
* Excellent communication and training skills
* Strong analytical and report writing abilities
* Interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
* Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to new information
* Effective time management and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience as a Health and Safety professional (preferably in consultancy)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
