Their products are widely used and specified on major construction projects across the region, and they continue to grow their footprint in the market. Due to ongoing investment and growth, they are now looking to add an Area Sales Manager to their Northern Ireland team. THE ROLE: As Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a territory across Northern Ireland, selling into builders' merchants and distribution partners. This is a balanced role, split roughly 50/50 between managing existing accounts and developing new business. You'll be well supported with structured on boarding, full product training and clear development plans to help you progress your sales career within the construction sector. THE PERSON: Ideally, you'll come from a construction sales background, particularly selling to merchants or builders providers. That said, strong B2B field sales professionals from other sectors who are keen to break into construction will also be considered. You'll be confident, driven and commercially aware, with a proactive, hunter-style approach and the ability to build strong relationships face to face.
