We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Secondary Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students with diverse needs in a secondary school environment. As a Secondary SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and other professionals to provide tailored support that helps students thrive. Responsibilities Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students with SEN. Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other SEN documentation. Work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them access the curriculum and engage in class activities.
