This role will be supporting Rabbi Chaim & Leah Hoch with the administration of the JLC.
As an Administrator, you will need to juggle several responsibilities at the same time, whilst being organised and ensuring attention to detail.
This is a part time role, based at the Jewish Life Centre, Borehamwood with partial flexible working hours.For the right candidate hours will increase as the JLC grows.
Hours – starting at 10-12 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Calendar and Website
* Input planned events, enquiries for events, services and use of the JLC
* Maintain & update website & internal database with events & programmes
Office
* Maintain email account and any administration for events
* Oversee cleaning & maintenance team
* Manage CRP system
* Manage JLC membership
* Maintain stock supplies & ordering
* Keep office space organised
Requirements:
* At least 3 years experience with office admin
* Approachable, Organised and Efficient
* Computer literate, database experience and proficient in google docs
* Proactive, self motivated and enthusiastic.
* Ability to work independently & part of a team
* Passionate about working in the local Jewish community and the vision of Chabad
