Key Responsibilities: Set up and run the printing machine, ensuring it operates efficiently. Examine printed sheets and adjust the press settings as required. Ensure production runs smoothly and meet KPI and quality targets. Manage crew effectively and ensure all shift duties are completed as a team. Maintain the printing machines and the work area to the highest standards. Cover the No.1 Printer role during periods of absence. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Minimum Qualifications and Experience GCSE standard education City & Guilds Certificate or NVQ Level 3 in Printing and Graphic Communications Time-served apprenticeship Solid understanding of the print industry, equipment, and processes Previous manufacturing experience is essential
