The day-to-day responsibilities for this role will be to provide remote support to Commissioning Engineers, including fault-finding and software modifications on specialist production line machinery. In this role you work with both the service department and the project/ development teams to provide technical support. The ideal candidate will be an experienced PLC Engineer/ Commissioning Engineer/ Field Engineer with extensive knowledge of PLC programming, have worked with Siemens and/or Mitsubishi and are prepared to do stay away from home.
