This dual-focused role involves conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, while also leading and executing digital marketing campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and customer engagement across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify target audiences, market trends, and customer behaviour Analyse competitors and industry developments to inform business strategy Collect and interpret data from surveys, focus groups, social media, and online analytics tools Prepare research reports and presentations for internal stakeholders Monitor market developments and make recommendations for new service areas or marketing approaches Digital Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and website pages Maintain and update the company website, optimising content for SEO and performance Track, report, and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems Manage email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation Support brand development and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints Person Specification Essential: Proven experience in a similar role involving both market research and digital marketing Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms Experience using CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Desirable: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience in B2B marketing Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) Benefits: Pension scheme, holiday allowance, hybrid working options, training and development opportunities
