Following a series of significant project wins within the Commercial and Retail sectors, specifically across New Build and Refurbishment projects, they are now looking to integrate a talented M&E Quantity Surveyor into their growing team.
This established business manages a diverse portfolio spanning Commercial and Retail developments, with project values typically ranging from £5m to £20m.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will take full ownership of Mechanical and Electrical packages for projects valued between £5m and £20m+, managing the process from initial feasibility through to final handover.
Full Lifecycle Cost Management: Delivering comprehensive quantity surveying and Employer's Agent duties.
Pre-Contract Excellence: Leading cost planning and overseeing pre-contract tenders.
Contract Administration: Managing JCT and NEC contracts, including Design and Build procurement routes.
Client Engagement: Operating with high levels of autonomy to manage project delivery while maintaining professional, close-knit relationships with key stakeholders.
Desirable Experience:
Previously held an M&E Quantity Surveyor or Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor role for a minimum of 5 years.
Good client facing skills and able to lead and manage meetings.
Previous Roles: Project Quantity Surveyor OR Senior Quantity Surveyor OR MRICS Surveyor OR Assistant Quantity Surveyor OR QS OR Cost Consultant OR Cost Manager OR M&E Surveyor OR M&E Quantity Surveyor OR Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor.
Qualifications: BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or Building Surveying or BEng Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services OR comparable qualification.
