Overview
We’re hiring Financial Services Contact Centre Agents for a permanent role in Newtownards. The position offers a competitive annual salary of £26,200 and a travel subsidy of £25 during training to help cover commuting costs. It’s a full‑time role with 40 hours per week, scheduled between 07:00 and 23:00, 2 days in the office each week.

Probity Requirements
Applicants must undergo Credit, Criminal, Sanctions, and Fraud checks. They must also provide evidence of the last two years of employment and the last five years of address history.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive and reactive customer service, ensuring customers meet their financial arrangements in line with their goals.
* Educate customers on available banking services and help them choose the most suitable options.
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, delivering a seamless and positive experience.
* Take corrective actions to achieve good outcomes, regularly reviewing and mitigating gaps when identified.
* Conduct financial reviews, manage a diary, and balance proactive conversations with scheduled customer meetings.
* Maintain relationships with colleagues to support customers and stay informed of business objectives.
* Resolve complaints and errors quickly, restoring customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience working in a customer‑service environment and managing customer relationships.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to meet performance measures.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Background of working within a regulatory environment.
* Good technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Customer‑focused attitude.
