This role will play a key part in upholding best-in-class EHS practices and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality, safety-focused working environment in collaboration with one of the world’s leading technology companies.
Job Description
1. Participate in the Employee Safety Committee and help direct its activities to ensure good engagement from employees.
2. Be hands-on with the local OHS program and support stakeholders globally.
3. Participate in weekly meetings to plan and prioritize workload.
4. Liaise with the team regarding injury investigations, maintaining OHS tools and systems.
5. Establish and meet deadlines.
6. Collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
7. Identify opportunities for program improvement.
8. Provide regular status reports to your manager and stakeholders.
9. Sort and archive documents in record retention database.
10. Oversee data entry for incident management tools.
11. Collaborate with Facilities group on incident investigations.
12. Oversee data transfer between old and new training and incident management databases.
13. Conduct risk assessments for job tasks.
14. Assist work teams in implementing hazard controls.
Qualifications
* Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in project management.
* Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, EHS, or equivalent.
Additional Information
* Strong collaboration skills across teams, groups, and organizations.
* Proficient in analyzing data for trends, developing professional communications, and adult learning.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools, or willing to learn.
