Lead the Maintenance Department to ensure the needs of the College are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. To occasionally support the Maintenance Department during high workload or staff sickness.
Lead on and manage the Estates helpdesk function, allocating work requests, and communicating updates to customers.
Provide clear and regular communications to the maintenance team and the wider College community to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.
Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the maintenance dept ensuring best value is provided for the College.
