Property Manager & Lettings Negotiator

Holbrook Moran is an established independent estate and lettings agency with over 24 years' experience and an excellent reputation across Bristol. We are now looking for an experienced Property Manager & Lettings Negotiator to join our busy lettings team in Redfield.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role, combining property management with front-end lettings. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties across Bristol.
* Arranging and carrying out rental valuations and viewings.
* Handling tenant applications, referencing and tenancy agreements.
* Overseeing property maintenance, including repairs, gas safety checks, EICRs and EPCs.
* Processing rental payments and handling landlord and tenant queries.
* Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a confident, organised and proactive individual with:
* Previous experience in property management and lettings.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
