What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading the strategic development of Workday to enhance how we manage people, data, and processes
2. Creating and managing the Workday roadmap to deliver system enhancements and new functionality
3. Supporting the rollout of job families to improve role clarity and career development
4. Ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across all HRIS activities
5. Building collaborative relationships across HR, IT, and business teams to maximise Workday’s value
