About This Role
We are seeking a 20 Hr Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division as part of our National Branch Network. In this role, you will be an integral part of the local community, providing essential financial services to residents, employees, and local businesses. Your Responsibilities
* Engage with customers by processing teller transactions and sharing digital solutions.
* Complete operational activities while minimizing risks in line with established policies.
* Perform routine transactional and customer support tasks efficiently.
* Receive guidance from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies.
* Build relationships with customers to meet their financial needs.
* Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional services.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* 6+ months of customer interaction experience, or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience in customer service with a focus on complex transactions.
* Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking options.
* Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
* Cash handling experience.
* Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action.
* Well-organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Job Expectations
* Willingness to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
* Must take and pass a required language assessment.

$22.00 - $27.40 (Base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location).
