Leading the configuration and optimisation of Salesforce Automotive Cloud across the group

Developing segmentation, propensity models and customer scoring frameworks
Delivering insight, dashboards and reporting to drive campaign performance and commercial decisions
Ensuring CRM activity meets GDPR, FCA and internal governance standards
What youll bring to the table as a CRM Manager
Previous experience leading CRM or marketing automation platforms at a managerial level
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise CRM systems
Experience designing lifecycle journeys, segmentation and automated campaigns
Confidence working with large, complex datasets and data integration processes
The ability to translate commercial requirements into effective CRM solutions
