Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Ownership Own and execute the marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth targets Set and track KPIs across acquisition, retention, and conversion Identify growth opportunities and optimise performance Ensure all activity is commercially driven and measurable Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the in-house marketing team Create clarity, structure, and accountability Maintain high standards across creative and performance Support execution where needed to maintain pace and quality Content & Campaigns Oversee content calendar aligned to launches and key trading periods Lead campaign planning and execution Ensure consistency across all channels (web, email, paid, social) Align creative output with commercial goals Brand & Creative Execution Direct photoshoots from concept to delivery Ensure high-quality, on-brand, commercially effective assets Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints Website & CRO Analyse performance and optimise customer journeys Improve conversion rates through testing and iteration Implement updates within Shopify Run A/B tests across content, layout, and offers Email, Paid & Agencies Own email strategy (Klaviyo) and campaign performance Manage and challenge external agencies Drive strong ROAS and CPA outcomes Adapt quickly based on performance insights Data & Reporting Monitor key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, retention) Turn insights into clear action plans Report performance and progress to leadership Requirements Proven experience in a senior marketing role within eCommerce or a product-led brand Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth and performance Hands-on experience with Shopify and website optimisation Advanced knowledge of email marketing, ideally using Klaviyo Experience managing and holding agencies accountable for performance Ability to plan and execute campaigns from concept to launch Confidence in directing creative and overseeing photoshoots Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
