2-Bed Home • Warrington • 37 hrs / week + sleep-ins

Guide, support, and inspire children every day. We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected residential-care provider to find a calm, child-centred Deputy Manager who can help keep their Ofsted-rated home outstanding.

🔑 The day-to-day
6. Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of running a 2-bed children’s home.
7. Lead and mentor a small staff team, modelling therapeutic, child-focused practice.
8. Keep standards high and Ofsted-ready while working a 37-hour rota, including sleep-ins.
9. Champion each child’s safety, voice, and potential.
🧩 You’ll bring
10. NVQ 3 / Diploma in Children & Young People’s Social Care.
11. Current First-Aid, Fire-Safety & Team Teach (or similar).
12. Hands-on experience in residential or social-care settings, plus staff-supervision skills.
13. A calm, reflective approach and genuine passion for helping young people flourish.
