We are looking for Area Leaders / Crowd Managers to join our team in Cardiff during the busy event periods of November this year and numerous dates throughout 2026. Responsibilities Implement crowd management strategies to provide a safe and secure environment. Work alongside our operations team to deliver excellent customer service. Coordinate with event organisers and venue management. Lead and manage the on-site team to ensure company standards are followed. Conduct briefings with security and stewarding staff to communicate roles, responsibilities, expectations and emergency procedures. Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' crowd management experience, preferably from within the UK. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Supervisory/Leadership role, preferably within the events industry. Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Spectator Safety qualification ( or in progress ), or equivalent. Ideally hold a valid SIA license - Door Supervisor / Security Officer, or a non-front-line licence. Checkable 5-year work/study history. Ability to use software and mobile applications for incident reporting, documentation review and debrief reports. Must be willing to work as part of a team. A positive and energetic approach to your job. Excellent communication skills, approachable and a smile. Ability to be on your feet for an extended period. Physically fit and able to carry and install equipment, signage and crowd barriers. What We Offer: This role offers a six-month fixed-term contract.
