As an Asset Reliability Coordinator & Methods Engineer, you'll join talented professionals driving performance and reliability for critical aerospace assets. You will analyse and prioritise equipment, develop industry-leading maintenance strategies, and collaborate across teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and compliant operations. Your work will support continuous improvement, sustainability, and excellence across the site.

* Lead criticality assessments and risk evaluation for key assets to optimise maintenance approaches.
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies, capturing best practices and benchmarking across the site.
* Work closely with teams to coordinate planned preventative maintenance and ensure accurate SAP master data management.
* Drive spares management and supplier engagement to secure cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
* Facilitate root cause analyses, improvement workshops, and promote operational excellence through digitalisation and compliance initiatives.

* HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline
* Experience in a maintenance environment with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of industrial maintenance strategies and SAP CMMS systems
* Six Sigma qualification or related continuous improvement certification
* Expertise in techniques such as FMEA, RCA, TPM, and compliance standards (e.g. EN9100)
