Travel to other police sites across the county is required, and you must hold a full, clean, current driving licence. Access to a vehicle will be provided.
You will be part of a small team overseeing the storage of evidential frozen property at Chelmsford and will also be part of a wider team covering North Essex, learning all other property functions in addition to frozen exhibits. * Using standard office products, spreadsheets and structured databases effectively and keeping data safe.
* Managing the retention and disposal of property in accordance with Force policy, ensuring compliance with documentation, legislation and working practices.
* Lifting items with aids where appropriate and handling dangerous items for storage (e.g., drugs, firearms).
* Problem‐solving and taking responsibility for your actions, referring to policy and procedure as required.
