Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Private networks. We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
Coming from a Project engineering or field background, you’ll be supporting the Project and Senior Project Managers with scoping, preparing, planning, implementing, and delivering technical projects of varying scale, complexities, and technologies.
We’ll support and train you with progression opportunities being fully supported.
You’ll be strategically planning and delivering installation & commissioning projects. Working alongside the field, project and network operation teams you will also provide technical representation at customer meetings, assist with critical faults and complete project documentation to an excellent standard.
What You’ll Bring
* You’ll implement new network technologies, perform system upgrades, monitor system performance and capacity, perform system backups and disaster recovery operations.
* You’ll be experienced in configuring, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting network and systems.
* You’ll be installing, configuring, fault finding, reporting and maintaining Fox 615 Multiplexer, Eltex power supplies, Adva optical equipment, and Synchronization equipment.
* Interest in new equipment & technology and eagerness to learn about it.
* Experience in Rams creation, wiring and connection of DC power, Data room, data centre and substation works, and routine maintenance inspections on fibres and battery chargers (desirable).
