The Role We're looking for a hands-on Fabrications Team Leader to manage daily production, lead a team of skilled fabricators and welders, and ensure efficiency, safety, and quality across the shop floor. This position is ideal for an experienced Welding Supervisor or Fabrication Foreman ready to take the next step.
