Are you passionate about ensuring that all young people can realise their potential through engaging in education, employment or training?
We are looking to recruit a Senior Participation Assistant to work with the Post 16 Education, Employment and Training (EET) team to track the learning and employment journeys of Norfolk young people aged 16–18. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real contribution to increasing young people's participation into education, employment and training. Your ability to analyse data, maintain accurate records and support the team in delivering its statutory duties will be vital.
You will act as the interface between the EET team and Information & Analytics colleagues, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting to the Department for Education. You will also support the team at busy times by contacting young people to update their education, training or employment status. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of professionals are essential. Strong IT skills, including MS Office 365 and experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, will be highly valued.
