Managing and maintaining the internal booking system
Processing and managing supplier payments
Making outbound sales calls where appropriate
Supporting month-end reporting activities
Providing general administrative and office support
About you Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable manner
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Confidence in presenting and promoting travel products
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
Previous office-based experience
