In the role you will take responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of both mobile and static plant operations, including an automatic baler and shredder. You'll lead and motivate a team of up to 5 operatives and be the key contact for noon-shift drivers. You'll ensure health & safety protocols are followed rigorously, stock levels are managed efficiently, and material quality meets our sustainability goals. This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who takes pride in their leadership and practical ability.

The Role:
* Manage daily depot operations, including baler, shredder, and mobile plant
* Maintain strong standards in housekeeping, safety, and material quality
* Lead a small team with a focus on compliance and efficiency
The Person:
* Experience in a similar role within waste management or a comparable industry
* Holds a valid Forklift Licence and Telehandler Licence
* Based in Stoke-On-Trent
