My client is currently recruiting for a new Finance Business Partner role based in Tadworth.
Job Description
* Partner with business leaders to provide insightful financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and business support.
* Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
* Monitor financial performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Support the development of business plans and ensure financial targets are met.
* Provide in-depth analysis of financial trends, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and the alignment of financial and operational strategies.
* Work closely with non-finance stakeholders to ensure financial literacy and effective decision-making.
* Drive cost management and efficiency initiatives to support the company's financial objectives.
* Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
* May be studying towards an Accountancy qualification.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
* Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
* Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
