Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a leadership position, overseeing the maintenance and repair of M&E equipment across multiple blue-chip contracts.
Responsibilities will include ensuring the appropriate operation of assets, maintaining records in line with operational, regulatory, and statutory practices, and delivering a world-class service that meets client expectations.
* Commercial and Financial Accountability: The individual will be responsible for managing commercial and financial aspects of the contract or account.
* Team Leadership: They will lead a diverse team across multiple skills sets within engineering services, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Monitoring and Controlling: The candidate will monitor and control PPM and reactive statistics through Elogbooks System and produce regular reports.
* Reporting and Compliance: They will ensure minutes of meetings are collated with actions closed out, and production of energy reports for the customer.
* Statutory Certification: The individual will oversee the receipt of statutory certification and its availability to the customer on request.
* Employee Management: They will manage the team in accordance with SMS Procedures and Policies, focusing on employee well-being, H&S, and cost reduction.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess recognized industry qualifications in at least one of the following three disciplines: Electrical (BS7671 18th Edition), Electrical (C&G2391 Inspection and Testing), or High Voltage AP.
