We are currently looking for a Senior Video Producer to join our Digital Engagement team on a 24 hour per week permanent contract.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Producer to join our team and create compelling audiovisual content that drives reach and engagement across our social media channels. You will lead our part-time Video Producer and Video Editor, ensuring all output is vibrant, distinctive, and aligned with our brand identity.
A confident self-shooter with expertise in digital storytelling, you will oversee the full production cycle — from concept to delivery — working closely with colleagues across the organisation to create content that resonates with audiences and reflects current social media trends. This role requires both creative flair and technical expertise, alongside strong leadership skills.

The annual salary stated is based on the Full-Time Equivalent (40 hours per week). If the job is part-time, the weekly hours will be stated within the advert.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end production process: storyboarding, scripting, shooting, and editing engaging content for digital and social platforms.
* Develop and maintain a distinctive visual style for video content, aligned with our social media and audience development strategies.
* Manage workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, optimising processes for efficiency and quality.
* Keep our project management tool (Trello) up to date, ensuring deadlines, briefs, and progress are clearly communicated with other teams.
* Provide creative leadership and guidance to the Video Producer and Video Editor, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
Skills & Experience
* A proven visual storyteller with a strong portfolio of standout social media video content.
* Expert knowledge of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and sound.
* Experience leading multi-camera shoots and setting up professional filming environments.
* Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), including colour grading, sound mixing, and syncing footage.
