Third Party Property Damage team.
In this role, youll handle motor claim tasks relating to third-party property damage
managing cases by exception and taking ownership of tasks within your remit. Using your technical knowledge, negotiation skills, and clear communication, youll help deliver fair and efficient claim resolutions that align with both regulatory standards and our business objectives. Youll receive

What Youll Be Doing
Handle allocated
motor claim tasks
in line with company philosophy, processes, and service standards. Manage
inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering excellent service and clear communication. Review and make
payments
on Vehicle Damage, Special Damages, and Static Property claims. Control claim costs through
robust negotiation
and effective use of evidence. Maintain accurate
records, reserves, and task management
to ensure timely claim progression. Work confidently within
agreed authority limits, escalating when appropriate. Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and third parties to achieve positive outcomes. Ensure full compliance with
FCA, DPA, and TCF
standards. Take ownership of your
personal and professional development, supported by structured training and coaching. What Were Looking For
Experience in
motor claims handling
is desirable, but full training will be provided. Understanding of
indemnity, liability, and third-party risks
is advantageous. Strong
negotiation and communication
skills, with the ability to balance customer care and cost control. Confident, professional telephone manner with proven
customer service experience. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and workload management. A
team player
with a proactive, can-do attitude. Commercially aware, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. What We Offer
