Role Responsibility
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Creative Services Buyer to join our Marketing and Resident Experience (MRX) team.
Youll help take our creative work from brief through to production and on to delivery. From signage and mailings to campaign materials and reports, youll ensure our communications are produced to a high standard and delivered efficiently.
Its your chance to source quality design and print that makes every piece of communication work harder.
Working with our Creative Services Manager and graphic designers, youll manage multiple requests across different formats, and youll be confident juggling deadlines. You should enjoy both working independently and working with the wider marketing and digital team.
Requirements
Youre highly organised, detaildriven and able to manage several live projects at once. You understand how creative processes work and can talk confidently to designers and suppliers about specifications, formats and production. A good understanding of print materials and processes is desirable, as is experience buying design, print or media services.
Youll be able to build effective relationships and collaborate with colleagues from over 300 services. You have strong communication skills, you understand how to act as a brand guardian, and youre confident using PC or Mac with good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro. Above all, you bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
