Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of high-quality education and assist in creating a positive learning environment for students. This role involves providing individual and small group support, assisting with classroom activities, and helping to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities: - Provide support to students during lessons, helping them to understand instructions, tasks, and concepts. - Assist with the planning and preparation of teaching materials and resources. - Work with small groups of students to reinforce learning, provide additional support, and facilitate activities. - Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported. - Assist with behaviour management strategies and help to promote positive behaviour among students. - Support students with special educational needs or disabilities, implementing individualized support plans as required. - Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement. - Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, organising resources, and preparing displays.
