* Salary: £30,000-35,000 - open to discussions based on experience
* Location: Fully remote - applicants to be based in NI
* Contract: Permanent, full-time
* Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:00am

* 1+ year in IT support/helpdesk
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of Windows, networking (IP/DNS/VPN), and SaaS tools
* Great communication and customer focus
Desirable:
* Experience with Zendesk or Jira ticketing tools
* Familiarity with VoIP/SIP based systems
* Exposure to financial services
