We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Head of Talent Management and the wider team of a financial services client, based in the city of London, for 6-12months.
This role is responsible for coordinating Talent Acquisition activity across multiple geographies and ensuring the smooth delivery of all administrative and operational elements of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
* Support recruiters in managing the administrative workflow for all recruitment requisitions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring candidate progression is clearly tracked.
* Monitor and track candidate activity, proactively resolving delays and closing requisitions once hires are confirmed.
* Own the logistics and administration of interviews, including:
o Scheduling and diary coordination across time zones
o Managing video conferencing requirements
o Setting up psychometric testing
o Preparing and distributing interview materials
* Ensure interviewers and candidates have all necessary information, including travel details where relevant.
* Manage booking of candidate travel and accommodation when required.
