The Role

You will play a role in producing high quality content for our KOMI Studios Team. Using your skills in production and storytelling, you will help our team turn demand into engaging digital content.

As a Hybrid Producer, with growing skills in self shooting, directing, budgeting and workload planning, you will work alongside our team of incredible Producers to bring our content to life.

Key Responsibilities

* Pre Production:Plan productions to ensure a smooth running shoot, ensuring that all documentation - including storyboarding, call sheets, risk assessments and so on, is in place, locations and talent are sourced, budgets are kept under control, and PPMs are chaired.
* Production & Shooting: Ability to self-shoot content on iPhone and on camera, ensuring great composition, lighting, and audio, training to be provided to ensure you are fully equipped and trained to work all equipment.
* Post Production: Organised and timely footage download to shared drive following shoot to ensure the edit stage runs smooth, quality control checks to ensure standards are met. Your own editing skills may be called upon and required if applicable. Work closely with the editors to ensure continuity and QC.
* Focus on Incentives:Be target focused, always striving for excellence and quality in everything you do.
* Schedule Management: Be responsible for the completion of your own tasks and supporting the wider team, help support others to manage theirs, ensuring a focus on accuracy and all changes are communicated across the team when there are changes.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in production,digital content and social media is a bonus.
* Experiencein managing tight deadlines, client expectations and working on a high volume of workload simultaneously.
* Experiencein problem solving and challenging the brief and ideation process, always striving to make great content.
* Experiencein reaching out to locations, casting agents and third parties, and negotiating costings.
* Ensurecosts are recorded and in line, the most cost effective route is chosen without compromise on quality.
* Workingclosely with the other members of the department, working positively with the rest of the Studios Team,the wider business and other departments.
* Embracinglearning, being open to feedback and training opportunities, owning your own development and always striving to be better.
* Fromtime to time it is expected that you will be happy to feature in content, where needed (in front or behind the camera) and a release form will be required to be signed.
* Flexibilityand willingness to work overtime/weekends/public holidays should the need arise, time always to be given back in lieu.
* Fulldriving licence (own transport desirable, not essential).
