The Role: As a member of the Global People Services (GPS) team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting employees and shaping their experience across the full lifecycle-guiding them with clarity, care, and sound expertise. You'll draw on a strong understanding of Bloomberg's HR policies to help employees navigate their needs with empathy and precision. Working collaboratively with the Centres of Excellence and HR colleagues across EMEA and globally, you will contribute to consistent, high-impact support. Your insights will help identify patterns and areas for improvement-ultimately advancing how we deliver service across the firm. Eligibility criteria: Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years' work experience Learners must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject Possess the right to work in the UK Have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years What we would like to see: A keen interest in Human Resources Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to work independently Ability to work with discretion, diplomacy, and tact in a high-pressure setting Good judgment and the ability to be proactive and take initiative to seek out solutions Ability to navigate the "grey" areas by applying judgment and thinking creatively when responding to customer needs Curiosity to learn and seek feedback to continuously grow and develop skills, stretching outside your comfort zone Careful attention to detail, with an aptitude for working quickly and accurately Apply now: Have we made you curious to learn more?
