Role Overview:
* Join a dynamic procurement team managing supplier contracts and driving commercial performance
* Ensure competitiveness, quality, and on-time delivery across the supply chain
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate new contracts and amendments with suppliers
* Manage supplier performance, contracts, and continuous improvement targets
* Lead retendering activities and monitor contract timelines
* Assess supplier financial health and mitigate risks
* Ensure compliance with commercial terms and conditions
* Collaborate with stakeholders and support strategic supplier meetings
* Identify and promote innovative supplier solutions
Skills Required:
* Proven procurement or strong business process experience
* Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Commercial, contract, or finance knowledge (desirable)
