CEO PROGRAMME OFFICE APPRENTICE
Location: Chertsey
Hours: per week
Reports to: CEO Programme Office
Closing Date: 25 June 2024
Job Purpose:
As part of the CEO Programme office, this role aims to provide general support for the UK wide business.
Key Activities can include:
1. Act in collaborative team environment, working with individuals and the teams to achieve common goals
2. Support end-to-end management of various projects to support the UK business
3. Provide admin support for internal and customer events across the organisation when needed
4. Helping with distribution of promotional merchandise for various events
5. Raising purchase orders, making sure vendors are paid in timely fashion
6. Updating content on company’s internal communication platform
7. Supporting our marketing team on internal communications and engagement activities
8. Supporting our marketing team on customer communications and campaigns
9. Connecting topics via common thread or storyline
Skills, Experience & Educational Qualifications required:
10. Good administrative and organisational skills
11. Results driven with a high attention to detail
12. Effective interpersonal skills
13. Ability to prioritise tasks and use own initiative
14. Ability to handle multiple projects
15. Excellent written and spoken English
16. Experience with MS Office
17. Minimum of 5 x GCSE passes including English and Maths
18. Minimum of 2 x A level pass A – D, or equivalent qualification
What we offer?
The Apprenticeship will be for a 24 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), with the aim that Apprentices move into a permanent position within the business – subject to a suitable vacancy being available and in line with the selection process for the role. We also offer a competitive salary with incremental increases and benefits in line with permanent employees.
Apprenticeship Qualification:
During the Apprenticeship the successful candidate will study for the following qualification:
19. Level 3 Multi-channel marketer
20. Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship Certificate
Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) for Affiliate
Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) for Power
Data and Marketing Association (DMA) for Individua l
21. Blended Learning through online learning, live tutor-led classes and 1 to 1 mentoring.
22. The apprenticeship focuses on developing skills in creating and implementing customer-centric marketing strategies across multiple channels, enhancing both digital and traditional marketing competencies.
23. Apprentices can access our award-winning learning management system, which offers a rich array of learning materials, including videos, voice explainers, and handouts, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience.
24. Apprentices can access over 30 live tutor-led classes online. They are also supported by experienced course mentors who will guide them throughout the programme.
25. Upon completion, apprentices receive the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Certificate, enhancing their credentials and recognition within the industry. Additionally, they gain membership to the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS), further validating their expertise.
