Here’s the standard bit: Join us an Estates Compliance & Operations Lead to provide comprehensive administrative support for the end-to-end process of Estates Compliance & Operations. You’ll be managing and co-ordination of all day-to-day maintenance activity including servicing requirements and liaising with and managing contractors and in-house teams concerning carrying out Estates and Facilities work, minimising the impact on students and staff. What you’ll need : - We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and a highly motivated individual, with a Full driving license and a NEBOSH Certificate. Extensive experience of managing and coordinating all planned and specialist maintenance programmes, ensuring that service visits are arranged to minimise the impact on students and staff.
