We are seeking a Customer Interaction Technical Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you'll play a critical role in analysing our data and processes and driving strategic initiatives that enhance our efficiency and overall performance.

The ALDI International Customer Interaction Department is expanding! As the team that delivers global initiatives for our national marketing teams, we're looking for a Creative Production Project Lead to join us at an exciting time. Your role will be to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our creative production model globally, focussing on product photography and print media.
In this dynamic role, you will be working with both international and national teams to understand the current picture in fine detail and identify the priority areas of opportunity to consolidate and improve production operations. You will then capitalise on these opportunities, implementing real change across the global business to deliver significant and tangible benefits.
Your New Role
* Understanding and mapping out the existing creative production processes across our markets
* Identifying opportunities to standardise and enhance our product photography and print media production across our markets, using a commercial, data-driven lens to prioritise effort
* Driving and project managing key improvement initiatives, such as global creative agency tenders, harmonising production processes or working with our product teams to implement Generate AI
* Building great relationships with our country teams and other key stakeholders to help understand the current picture and generate their support for delivering on improvement opportunities
About You
* A background in creative production and operations, either on agency or client side, ideally with at least 3 years' experience within the retail sector
* Know what good looks like when it comes to developing print media
* Effective at workflow optimisation and a strong desire to push for innovative solutions at scale
* Experience in mapping out complex processes and comfortable with ambiguity
* Understand the fundamentals of asset management and product data
* A track record of working with and managing agencies
* Commercially astute, able to identify key opportunities and prioritise them according to business needs
* Confidence in communicating with and managing the interests of a wide array of stakeholders across geographies
* Great at managing projects and with a clear bias for action, with a strong track record of implementing change, ideally within a global organisation
* Proficient with MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Salary starting £52,985 rising to £61,030
* 12 Month FTC
* 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday - Friday with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
