Responsibilities
* Maintain the cleanliness of residents' homes and communal spaces in Housekeeping.
* Ensure laundry is clean and residents' clothing is kept tidy.
* Welcome residents in Food & Beverage, explain menu choices, serve food, and keep the dining room spotless.
* Reset tables, tidy work areas, and prepare food service areas for the next service.
* Assist in organising and delivering individual and group activities, including key events such as the summer fete.
* Support outside‑home activities such as shopping, attending GP appointments, and outings.
Qualifications
* Cleaning experience in a similar environment.
* Experience in food service.
* Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
* Effective communication skills.
