Overview
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You’ll assist with daily living, provide companionship, and share moments and memories in a fulfilling environment.
Every day will be different, with varied duties, including supporting residents with meals and following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-to-one time. This role offers opportunities to use your skills and develop your career.
Responsibilities
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Assistant you will help residents enjoy each day by delivering quality care and support, assisting with daily living, providing companionship, and sharing moments and memories. You will undertake work that is varied and rewarding, including supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and providing individual attention to residents as needed.
Additional duties may include contributing to care planning and ensuring residents receive appropriate daily support in line with established procedures.
About You
