Based in London, you will be part of the London key city and UK & Ireland territory marketing team. This team will be accountable for:
* Bringing our sport offence to life in the city through key relationships with the faces (individuals and communities) & places that matter most to dimensionalise Training, leveraging our on-the-ground connectivity to youth, sport & culture
* Amplifying our Concept Map through complementary executions on the ground that build off Global-Geo campaigns, eg through pinnacle activations
* Ensuring our marketplace on the ground in UK & Ireland, and especially in London, shows up as pinnacle and sharply connected to our vision for Nike Training
* Fuelling our global engine with sharp, relevant consumer insights that can scale

What will you work on?
As Specialist II Brand Marketing Fitness, London UK & Ireland, you will be a part of the London UK & Ireland Brand Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Manager Brand Marketing Fitness, London UK & Ireland.
This role will be responsible for supporting our Fitness Field of Play point of view on the ground in London UK & Ireland, including:
* Supporting the Manager Brand Marketing Training in identifying the people & organizations that best align to our brand values and can best bring Nike training to life. Then managing these relationships in a robust yet sustainable fashion
* Coordinating with the Geo Consumer Construct Brand Marketing sport teams to support the amplification of key Concept Map stories through on-the-ground executions. This can include but is not limited to pinnacle Nike brand executions but also come through our wholesale marketplace in the form of on-the-ground partner marketing executions.
* Supporting the identification & gathering of structured and continuous consumer insights to allow us to better serve athletes* on the ground in London and UK & Ireland through training and then feeding back these insights to EMEA/Global in order to help refine our longer-term strategy
This role will be generally focused on training, but in times where the organisation may require, you may need to step into other Marketing functional work for London UK & Ireland, Fitness work for broader EMEA, or into a Concept Map key campaign.
Who will you work with?
In this role you will work fluidly across the London UK & Ireland marketing team, but will also work cross-functionally within London UK & Ireland with key partners such as Sports Marketing, SCI and Consumer Insights in service of our athletes. And you will of course build strong relationships with key partners in the city – a collection of the faces & organisations that we believe best represent our brand.
In addition, you will have a strong connection to the Geo Nike training sport team in EHQ, with regular connectivity with that team and other functional teams such as the Women's Brand Creative Studio, for example.
What you bring to Nike?
A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the competencies also outlined below.
Essential requirements:
* Proven corporate experience working in marketing
* Prior marketing experience in London and a demonstrable understanding of the consumer, the city and Nike's position within it
* A clear passion for and understanding of the London training community
* A proven track record of translating consumer/member insights into a brand activation
* A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers' and organisation's needs to deepen our relationships with members
