As a Type Rating Instructor and Examiner, you are responsible for delivering the highest standards of training and assessment, ensuring pilot competence, consistency, and operational excellence across the fleet. You play a critical role in upholding VistaJet’s safety culture, regulatory compliance, and commitment to absolute pride in our work.
Your Responsibilities

1. Deliver type rating training, recurrent training, proficiency checks, and skill tests in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
2. Objectively assess pilot performance against EASA requirements and VistaJet operating procedures.
3. Ensure consistency and integrity in training and assessment across all pilots.
4. Deliver base training as required, maintaining the highest safety and instructional standards.
5. Develop and reinforce pilot competency in VistaJet Standard Operating Procedures and operational philosophy.
6. Motivate and elevate crew members to consistently perform at the highest standard.
7. Complete all training documentation, reports, and records accurately and in a timely manner.
8. Provide clear, structured, and constructive debriefings following training and assessment events.
9. Exercise instructor / examiner privileges, including the endorsement of licences and training records, in full compliance with applicable regulations.
10. Actively participate in instructor and examiner standardisation programmes.
11. Support additional operational, training, or project-based activities in line with business needs.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

12. Valid EASA ATPL(A) with BD-700 type rating.
13. Current Type Rating Instructor (TRI) certification on type.
14. Demonstrated ability to assess objectively and deliver high-quality debriefings including the use of facilitation when required.
15. Strong leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail.
16. Self-motivated, with the ability to operate to the highest standards with minimal supervision.
17. Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment.
18. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
