As part of this continued growth, we are now seeking a Client Manager to join our eCapital Commercial Finance UK head office in Reading, transforming the way small and medium-sized businesses access the funding they need to grow, adapt, and succeed.
Hybrid Working: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
The Role
As Client Manager, you’ll proactively manage client relationships across a mixed portfolio of funding lines, ensuring exceptional service delivery while effectively managing risk and supporting long-term client success.
* Manage facilities from onboarding through to ongoing relationship management
* Mentor and support Credit Controllers within the team
* Monitor risk events, client covenants, and financial reporting
* Conduct portfolio and sales ledger reviews
* Support new business take‑ons and client onboarding
* Drive excellent customer outcomes and service standards
* Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships
What We’re Looking For
* Experience within Invoice Finance or Financial Services
* Previous Credit Control experience
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and risk management capabilityExperience mentoring or managing Credit Controllers (preferred)
* Strong numerical, analytical, and IT skills
