Solicitor or Associate – Residential Conveyancing & Private Client
Location: Dunbartonshire
Type: Primarily office based with 1 day WFH
A long‑established, well‑regarded law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate with experience in Residential Conveyancing and Private Client work to join their expanding team.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload including:
1. Residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, dispositions, transfers of title)
2. Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries
3. Providing clear, client‑focused legal advice
4. Supporting the continued development of the department
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
5. Traineeship or post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing and private client work
6. Strong communication and client‑care skills
7. The ability to manage files independently
8. A proactive, organised and detail‑focused approach
